WebSite Directory Index Vulnerability

Scanalert's "WebSite Directory Index Vulnerability" simply means that if someone goes to a directory that does not have an index file, they will see a listing of all files in the directory.

If you don't want visitors to be able to access directory listings, and to clear up this scanalert vulnerability, to go to "Index Manager" and choose which directories you want to protect (or all of them if you'd like). Or, like scanalert suggests, you can upload blank index files to these directories too.
