How do I FTP to a sub domain?

If you are attempting to FTP files to your site and wish to FTP directly to a subdomain rather than the main domain of the site you can use the following:

username: subdomain@maindomain.com

The subdomain is the username that you created for the subdomain (it is also the FOLDER NAME where your subdomain is located). The MAINDOMAIN portion is the cPanel Account that you have with us.

If you have further questions, please open a support ticket.
