Will I lose email when I transfer my hosting to Velebit Host?

As some email could be delieverd to your old host while the domain is updating, you'll want to keep your current hosting account active until the DNS propagates. This way you can still check webmail on your old server. If you do this you shouldn't lose any email during the move.

If your current host supports it, you might also consider adding a temporary forwarder to an outside email address (set it so that everything goes your hotmail account for example) Some people would rather do this than repeatedly check their old webmail account for stray email. Either way, you will still want to keep your former hosting account open until dns fully propagates.
