Scanalert Warning: The remote host appears to have 10 or more open ports

This is part of how the system operates. We have substantial firewalls in place, however since we use cPanel and various other scripts (x-cart, UPS, USPS, Authorize.net, CyberPay, HTTPS, HTTP, MAIL, MySQL, FTP, SMTP and others) they are  showing a false positive in terms of security. Our servers are designed to run many scripts but all unnecessary ports have definitely been marked off the list.
