I keep getting blocked in the firewall. How do I change my password in outlook so it doesn't happen again?
The process is really pretty easy. Before you change the password here though, you'll want to make sure you're changing it to the correct password. If you don't know what the password is, you can reset it in cpanel.
1) open outlook
2) click on tools
3) click on accounts
4) click on the email account in question
5) click on properties (or settings)
6) click on the server tab
7) email username should be the full email address (user@yourdomain.com)
8) password should match what's been assigned to the email account in cpanel.
