How can I make my own site backup?

The easiest way to make a website backup is via the Control Panel. When you log into the control panel, you can click the BACKUP button. You will be prompted to make a FULL SITE BACKUP or a HOME BACKUP. A FULL SITE BACKUP will mean that EVERYTHING is backed up. This includes your SQL Databases & your Email Accounts. You are advised to remove the site backup from the server after completing your download as it can use up valuable server space on your site.

If you perform a HOME backup, you can also download SQL files individually. If you are not changing your site files on a daily basis, but run an online store (or forum), this is the method recommended. By downloading the small SQL files, you will save on your bandwidth transfer assigned to your site.
